A New Month

I've always been told it'll happen when you least expect it, but I never believed it until it happened to me. A friend introduced me to Colin and though I was skeptical at first, my life is forever changed. When you know, you know. And I know I am going to have to figure out how to get Colin to the USA after my year here.

Ladies and gentleman, I'd like to introduce you to Colin, the Caterpillar. An M&S specialty. I'm obsessed. IYKYK.

On Monday, the Queens' Boat Club was open to everyone who wanted to try out rowing and part of our MBA crew was keen to try it out! Really enjoyed rowing - not sure how fun it'll be in the wee hours of the morning, but pumped to find out.

One of our MBA classmates is a former professional rugby player and is now playing for the Cambridge team. The first game was this week - Town vs. Gown. Naturally, we had to go cheer him on! I found out that the Brits are little more reserved when it comes to cheering on sports teams...oops.

Tommy did great and the Gown won!

Our first formal for Queens' MCR was in the Old Hall and it was just magical...I could get used to this :)

To end the long week Em and I went on a little bike ride to Jesus Green to picnic with mummy Colin, my main man. I might not be in Denver anymore, but I was able to find some fall colors!

See you next week!
